I visited your restaurant on Valentine’s Day and ordered the special menu. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely We were seated right next to the entrance, where every arriving guest was standing beside our table to remove and put on their coats. There was also a cold draft from the door, which made it very uncomfortable to sit there. This is not the atmosphere anyone expects for a special Valentine’s Day dinner. We waited approximately 40 minutes for each course, and servers rarely checked on us. Some dishes were brought without cutlery, and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes just to receive utensils. The service was unacceptably slow and inattentive. Sadly, the food itself was also very disappointing and not enjoyable. We came expecting a delicious and special dining experience, but instead, we left hungry and upset. There was no music or festive atmosphere, and for a $260 bill, this experience did not meet even basic expectations. Valentine’s Day is a special occasion, and unfortunately, our celebration was completely ruined. Given the circumstances and the amount we paid, I would appreciate an appropriate resolution to this matter, including a refund or other form of compensation. I look forward to your response.
