Stopped by to grab a quick coffee and Aziz had the warmest welcome, he is really kind and makes really good iced latte it was perfect. Also got an egg sandwich they taste really fresh and filling. The view is also really nice and calming:)

Seriously love Java U Concordia! The owner and everyone working there are so incredibly nice and friendly. The food is always so delicious—you definitely have to try their pancakes, and the cappuccinos are always spot on. Honestly such a great spot with the best vibes. Highly recommend! 🙌🥞☕

One of my favourite spots! Their coffee, especially the Nervosa, is something special. The service is always excellent as well. A big thank to Aziz and the entire team for being so welcoming

Extremely rude service. Came in and sat down and employee could not give me one moment to settle and glared at me and told me I had to order and pay immediately or else I couldn’t sit. I said I needed some time to think and was waiting for a friend but he refused to give me time and kept pressuring me to urgently buy or leave. I felt degraded by him and left immediately. Horrible customer experience!

Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing our security footage, we confirmed that our team member handled the situation respectfully. As a small 'grab-and-go' coffee shop with limited seating (not a restaurant) our policy requires a purchase to use the tables. This ensures that our paying customers have a place to sit and enjoy their coffee. ​We suggested waiting in the nearby metro station to stay warm, as we simply can't accommodate hundreds of non-customers daily. We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for those supporting our business, and we stand by our staff in enforcing these fair boundaries.

A very beautiful place near the university, the owner is very humble and cares for the customers. The prices are very fair and the food is very good. Would definitely would come back again.

Amazing spot to study and have a coffee with sweets! Highly recommend for their banana pudding. It’s a must try. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly. Definitely coming back!

I love their mini crêpes, they’re so fluffy and they’re very generous with the chocolate. The man there is a sweetheart, his service is the best!

The matcha is grey/brown and tastes of milk and dirt. Don't order it, save your money.

Sorry for your experience rue vu. I understand some people don't like Matcha but some people do. It is a matter of different tests
