We recently had a very disappointing experience at a restaurant We are excited to try. From the moment we arrived, we wait like 10-15 mins, then we had our table off course we choose what we want, after an hour the waiter tell us we have to leave because it was reserved, they shouldn’t give it to us in the first place if it’s reserved, we didn’t enjoy and its not fair for us cause we supposed to stay at least 2 hours, it will be our first and last!!!!

Extremely disappointing experience. The restaurant advertises “eat all you can,” but gives you less than an hour — even though customers have to wait for food and cook it themselves. Most of the time is spent waiting instead of eating. Staff rushed us out for the next reservation before we could properly enjoy the meal. Very overpriced and stressful experience. Would not recommend.

A very disappointing experience. We chose this place to celebrate a birthday and mother’s day , but unfortunately we were asked to leave earlier than expected because they had given us a table that was already reserved. What made it more frustrating was that we had only been eating for about 45 minutes, even though the dining time was supposed to be 2 hours. Crazy

Great service from Sally while i was waiting for my table at the bar. Will definitely come back again and order a soju bomb next time💥💥 Great selection of meats, I was amazed at the sauce bar. Great place!

Had a great experience at Jardin de Séoul! The all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ setup is fantastic especially if you enjoy grilling your own meat right at the table. The quality of the meat really stood out—everything from the marbled beef slices to the marinated options was fresh and flavourful. There’s also a nice variety of cuts including thinly sliced beef and thicker steaks. The fun part was creating your sauce at the sauce bar. The atmosphere is lively and modern, making it a fun place to go with friends or family. Service was attentive, and the staff kept things moving smoothly even during busy times. Overall, definitely worth a visit if you’re craving Korean BBQ in the area.

The place is pretty good! Went there multiple times, tried both the BBQ and the Hotpot. One thing to note I do think that their menu is lacking in variety. Otherwise I recommend this place and bonus it’s halal!

Very bad service. The girl almost spit on us when we asked for a table. She told us the wait would be 2 hours. Nobody answered the phone for bookings, and there was no option to make a reservation on the website. Very disappointing experience.

Everything was pretty good. I just wish the employees bringing out the food knew what they were bringing out and let the customers know. Maybe a system where the BBQ meat and the hotpot meat come out in different colored dishes so customers can differentiate
