This is the second time coming here. The burger wasn't cooked properly and I got food poisoning. The waiter was really nice and she gave us the best service ever. First time me and my friend got sick from the nachos and it was a while ago and we took a chance and gave you guys a second chance. Not again. And the girl who seated us told us she could only give us a small table which didn't even have room for thr food on it but when her own friend who's Phillipino came she gave them a table with 4 seats for 2 people to sit there. Really makes a lit of sense. The waiter was the only good thing there.

We went to the restaurant for family lunch to celebrate our son birthday, atmosphere was great with the music, it is a nice place for families, our waiter Quin was awesome, he took care of us all the time, he recommended the best drinks, helped a lot with some special requirements for our main dishes and food selection overall. Garlic bread is so good. We will be back for sure!

This location goes absolutely above and beyond! We regularly go as a family of 4 (with 2x 18m old twins) and the service is incredible (extra napkins, straws, etc). So kind and thoughtful, and amazing with kids. The biggest shout outs to Syeda, Cass and Bruno who have truly made our visits memorable and keep us coming back. Going without kids for lunch? - they've also got you and do the extra little things that stand out. Best location we have found so far!!

Had such a great time at trivia night last week at Jack Astor's Bar & Grill for the Seinfeld theme night! It was honestly one of the most fun nights out I’ve had in a while. The whole place had a great energy and the questions were actually really good for fans of Seinfeld. Trivia happens every Tuesday, and it’s quickly becoming our weekly thing because it’s such a fun atmosphere. There’s even a bit of friendly rivalry with the reigning champ “The Dogfather” who somehow seems to win almost every week the whole room is basically trying to beat him at this point. I also love that the first Tuesday of every month has a new theme, which keeps it fresh and gives everyone something to look forward to. On top of the trivia, the food and drinks were great and the staff were fantastic super friendly and really kept the energy going throughout the night. If you’re looking for something fun to do on a Tuesday night, trivia here is definitely worth checking out!

I went to Jack Astors for the first time in over a decade and I was disappointed. The service was fine but the food was lacking. The classic pan garlic bread is waayyy too expensive and doesn't use butter. The street chicken tacos are also too expensive for what you get. They use the tiniest tortillas and a small handful of fries for over $25. It's not worth it for $15. The place looks pretty much the same when I used to frequent it but now it's overpriced,and the quality has been reduced. I'm glad I went there because now I know that I don't want to go back.

We were a very large party, roughly 15 people with kids. Two servers for our group they did really good up until food was finished. All the kids had desserts but nothing was ordered. It took a very long time even when trying to flag him down. Other than that the service and food was excellent

Never a bad experience at jack astors .. I had the goat cheese chicken wrap with sweet potato fries .. my mom had naked chicken tenders they were light and juicy tender ! My dad had the bruschetta appetizer so delicious .. Nikki was friendly and did a wonderful job

The Memphis steak was very good. Cooked perfectly. Our group ate at the bar. The bartender was very attentive even though he was busy. I would return the next time I am in the area. If you don't speak French, just ask for an English menu, they do have them.
