I went to Jack Astors for the first time in over a decade and I was disappointed. The service was fine but the food was lacking. The classic pan garlic bread is waayyy too expensive and doesn't use butter. The street chicken tacos are also too expensive for what you get. They use the tiniest tortillas and a small handful of fries for over $25. It's not worth it for $15. The place looks pretty much the same when I used to frequent it but now it's overpriced, and the quality has been reduced. I'm glad I went there because now I know that I don't want to go back.

Chicken is always cooked to perfection
Food & drinks were great, friendly staff.
Started off with a very friendly hostess. Our server Abi, was amazing! She helped modify meals and explained the options for my three children. All around a great dinner experience!
Great food awesome staff
Price is a bit high but food was good.
We were a very large party, roughly 15 people with kids. Two servers for our group they did really good up until food was finished. All the kids had desserts but nothing was ordered. It took a very long time even when trying to flag him down. Other than that the service and food was excellent
Eden was a delightful server and made the experience even better than the food! She kept things light and fun
Never a bad experience at jack astors .. I had the goat cheese chicken wrap with sweet potato fries .. my mom had naked chicken tenders they were light and juicy tender ! My dad had the bruschetta appetizer so delicious .. Nikki was friendly and did a wonderful job
The Memphis steak was very good. Cooked perfectly. Our group ate at the bar. The bartender was very attentive even though he was busy. I would return the next time I am in the area. If you don't speak French, just ask for an English menu, they do have them.
Definitely a great experience. The food was great and so was the service. We did not wait very long for our food even though it was very busy.
All good. Kevin is the best waiter.thank you
Thanks Kevin all good👍
My church’s after service skating event was canceled due to the weather as it wasn’t ideal for skating. It was decided we do lunch at Jack Astor’s Bar & Grill. I almost gave a 5star but I would save the last star for myself. Lol! I totally enjoyed dinning here. Every meal was a hit. The meal was tasty, fresh and truly delicious. I had the Tai sesame stir-fry and was a bit skeptical at first but I emptied my plate before I could blink. I love the fact that it’s kids friendly. They had crayons and brown paper spread across the table so you could draw and paint on them while waiting to be served. They had a kids menu and it came with some puzzles and tic tac to keep the little ones engaged. Service was great. The staff were courteous and helpful. The rest room had music playing and my daughter loved it. 😁 Overall, my experience was great 👍🏽 I would definitely come back and I have my eyes on the salmon dish with sweet peas and peppers.
4 times I've been here. Loved it!
We were served by the lovely Cyann. She was very kind and helpful.
Service was absolutely awful. Not a difficult order. It was simply chicken fingers and the wait ridiculous. It was a quiet night a lot of wait staff just getting things done. When we pointed out we still hadn’t received our chicken fingers waitress said haven’t you received them. When we said no, keep in mind she hadn’t checked on us at any point, she blamed the kitchen. After we received them finally she never once checked on us until I asked for the bill.
Food was amazing aside from some minor complaints. We had Pad Thai, the buffalo blue crispy chicken sandwhich, and the smoke n BBQ sandwich. Nachos were good but way too salty. Smoke n BBQ sandwich tasted uniformly the same, like sauce and beef. Alright but would have preferred a slightly less melted palette. The shark attach soda drink was deliciously cute!
Bruno is the best. We always love when he serves us! We’ve known Bruno for more than 12 yrs! Thanks again for your amazing hospitality. We love your friendliness!
Being going to this place since I was little, really good burgers and chicken tenders, I feel like the fajitas got a little worse in quality, Elvis table is also a cool feature.
I went on a quiet day which was great, but I wanna come back when it’s crowded on a game day.
Great food! Great recommendations from out waiter Chad. Those fishbowls were delicious and refreshing! Food very plentiful!
Love this place.
Food was great and we had a great evening thanks to the excellent service by Ante!
Cyann was extremely kind and fun! ❤️
