I had a very disappointing experience with this order from ITAMEA on Beaubien, especially on Mother’s Day. Three full rolls were missing tuna, a key ingredient. When I called to address it, the interaction with the staff and owner was very unpleasant, with raised voices and the call ended by being hung up on. I stayed polite and kept a calm voice throughout. Mistakes can happen, but this was handled very poorly.

anyway you didn't bring the 3 new York rolls to the shop and we did 3 rolls for you for free!! and sorry for the bad experience. I guess our shop not suit for you! wish you find a great one thanks 👍 in my shop the clients are our partners not God! we satisfait each other we continue work together and if not I would like to say thank you to you and good luck ciao madame vo
