Worst service ever!!! We ordered food and we did not receive what was detailed on their website. When calling the restaurant they called us liars saying it was the wrong restaurant. We ordered two children meal no fries came with it as advertised.

We would like to clarify the misunderstanding regarding your order.
At our restaurant, nuggets are not normally served with fries. However, we later discovered that our website mistakenly stated in the product description that fries were included. This is what caused the confusion.
As soon as you informed us, we immediately reviewed the matter, called you back to explain the situation, apologized, and offered a complimentary plate as a gesture of goodwill.
At no point did we intend to dismiss your concern. Once the issue became clear, we took responsibility and made the necessary correction.
We sincerely apologize once again for this misunderstanding and hope to welcome you again for a much better experience in the future.
