I went with my spouse. We know Istanbul food level but this branch is the worst. Simply the meat & chicken wasn't fresh I just tasted like quarter of my plate. I ended up in Toilet with diarrhea . My spouse went ito Toilet at restaurant as she couldn't hold it An inspection should be done. Quality of food chief should be checked by owner. It is a shame that such Istanbul Name & this nice place decoration End up ruined by a not Qualified kitchen supervisor. I went go again to such branch.

As a business, we categorically reject the allegations made in your review.
For years, we have worked hard to provide some of the freshest products in the area. All of our preparations are made daily, and we never compromise on the freshness or quality of the food we serve.
According to your review, both you and your spouse became seriously ill. However, despite the seriousness of the claims you are making, not a single complaint regarding this matter was brought to our attention that day—whether through our staff, our cash desk, or by phone.
This is what surprises us the most. If such a serious incident had truly occurred, we would have expected it to be reported while paying, before leaving the restaurant, or at least afterwards. Yet no communication or complaint of any kind was ever received by our business.
Furthermore, your review contains no visit date, no order details, and no verifiable information. Despite this, you make definitive claims regarding both our beef and chicken products.
As a restaurant that has proudly served this community for many years and welcomes hundreds of guests on a regular basis, we stand firmly behind the quality of our food and our operations. When a genuine issue occurs, we never avoid responsibility. However, we cannot accept allegations that contain no concrete details, were never reported to us, and cannot be verified.
We would also like to emphasize that serving a product we believe is not fresh is completely against our values and the way we operate. We do not see this business as merely a source of income. We genuinely enjoy running a restaurant, welcoming guests, and providing quality service.
For all of these reasons, we do not believe that this review reflects a genuine customer experience.
The trust our guests have placed in us over the years is our most valuable asset. We have never compromised that trust, and we never will.
