Our Koobideh is prepared using locally sourced, high-quality organic lamb, while many establishments use beef. The cost difference between organic lamb and beef is significant, yet our pricing remains only slightly higher to reflect the quality of ingredients we choose to serve. We take pride in maintaining consistent quality, authentic flavor, and fair portions, and this is reflected in the experience of the vast majority of our guests. That said, we always welcome constructive feedback and will continue striving to deliver the best possible experience.
