Disappointed with my experience. The restaurant advertised a promotion (INSTAGRAM @INDUSTRIAPIZZERIA May 23rd) but when we arrived, the waiter told us there was no promo available. It would be appreciated if promotions were communicated clearly to avoid misleading customers. Came because of an advertised promo and was told at the restaurant that it didn’t exist. Very disappointing and misleading. Advertising a promotion to attract guests and then denying it upon arrival is disappointing and leaves a very poor impression. A restaurant’s reputation is built not only on presentation, but on honesty and consistency.
