Ordered tacos online, paid, received a confirmation and pickup time. Sounds simple, right? When we arrived, the staff had no idea about our order. Eventually they found our name on a tablet after plugging in another device and told us it would be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, still nothing. Then we hear the employee calling the owner, who says she has no idea where the money went because the online ordering system hasn’t even been set up yet. So apparently they’re accepting online orders and payments… without having an online system. We left with no tacos and no refund. Honestly one of the most confusing restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.
