Food is very tasty but choices are limited and portions are small. A fun atmosphere for 25 to 35 yr olds. You can do shots that are balanced on chopsticks and then fall into a glass of beer.
Reviews / Ratings for Imadake Izakaya
Located across Alexis Nihon/Atwater, they're known for their sake bombs. The experience was quite a party scene! Me and my friends ordered sake bombs and they bring it to you, instructs how it works, then they chant loudly with you until you bang the table and your sake drops in the beer. We loved the sake bomb ritual! While the food was mid (consensus from all of my friends), their matcha cheesecake is delicious and so are their cocktails. Service was a bit slow because it was packed and we had to remind some of our orders. However, the ambience was cozy and a bit loud (as expected on a weekend). I enjoyed my birthday party (and experience) there. Overall, recommended to RSVP in advanced as it can get packed and it's a cute spot for dates or informal hangouts!
Finally found a good Japanese pub where they serve sake bombs and play the role! Absolute must go. Kind of in the middle of nowhere but thankfully it’s close to the metro and Alexis nihon mall. Has a little something for everyone. Highly recommend the carbonara udon. Have a go at the octopus tartare if you’re daring! 100% coming back here again. Make sure to share plates!
Incredible ramen, friendly staff and very clean space! Sake bombs are always fun too 😉
I had the udon carbonate and edamame and they were really good. Service was also really good. Last time I had the fried chicken and the veggie gyoza and they were just ok. That's why I'm giving a 4
First time being here with my man and it was a great experience! The food was amazing! Alex was great and this beautiful women julie that helpt out as well. If I lived in Montreal I would be here all the time! I would highly recommend coming here! :)
