Nice cosy spot. I really enjoyed the Chole Bhature - a solid 10/10 for me. The bhature was fluffy and not oily at all, hats off to the chef (I've come across several other restaurants in MTL where the interior of the bhaturas had oil inside due to lack of skill or improper frying oil temperature). The chickpeas masala was flavoursome, authentic Indian flavour - you can specify how spicy you want it. The tanginess of the mixed pickles, crunch of the fresh salad and the creaminess of the thick curd/ yogurt (other restaurants provide watery yogurt) made it a wholesome experience. I had a cup of spiced chai (tea) - again a wonderful cup of freshly made tea! Some Indian restaurant in MTL are serving instant 'chai latte' from those coffee machine that tastes artificial, else a cup of watery tea with cheap tea bags. Thankfully it's not the case here! Looking forward to try the main dishes soon
