I've ordered from the store a bunch but went in person for the first time and it exceeded expectations!! The pho is delicious as always and the taro bubble tea is super tasty as well. The service was extremely nice, I'm a bit socially awkward but the waiter made it a very pleasant experience :)

Went to I Am Pho (West Island) for a business lunch and it was a great experience. The place was calm and we pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves, which made it perfect for a meeting. The service was excellent, attentive without being overbearing, and the food was just as good. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and well prepared. Overall, 10/10. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for quality Vietnamese food in the West Island.

i went there with my sister and her partner sense the other place was close and immediately as we walk in we didn’t get a welcoming entry and we sat waited 5mins or plus meanwhile other people who came in got served immediately, first thing i notice was that he didn’t like that we brought a drink from a different place wich i kinda understand, secondly he sounded like he was trying to be funny but his words were just mean, the food.. there was almost no broth in in it tasted super plain even then veggies had no taste..

Seems like it only puts their money in decorations, rude server waited 20 minutes for menus and the food was so bland, water and noodles all I tasted.

The only place I go to for some Pho when myself or the family is under the weather. Deep beautiful flavours thats consistent with every purchase. Also really enjoy the beef & chicken rice meals with the salads on the side and the spring rolls.

We have ordered take out, comparing to the other branches the meat they serve in their pho soup is half. For order of 2 they put everything 1 in the bag. But the taste was good.

My go to place in West Island for pho. Great taste, fast and friendly service, and reasonably priced. Compared to other pho restaurants , the decor and vibe is very nice. The pho dac biet always hits the spot!
