Very lively and incredible vibe. Had the 12oz NY steak with the pepper sauce and it was delicious. DJ was great. Would definitely come back

One hell of a experience
The overall vibe of the restaurant was really nice, and our waiter was friendly and attentive, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience took a turn when we had an issue with our order and had to speak with the manager, Adel.Our steak came out burnt around the corners. When we brought this to Adel’s attention, instead of listening to our concern, he used his phone flashlight to shine directly on the food, trying to justify that the steak wasn’t burnt. The corners were clearly overcooked, and we politely asked if it could be remade. Rather than handling the situation professionally, he began arguing with us.We eventually had to ask him directly whether he was going to help us or not. He responded “yes,” then stormed off and never returned to check on us or offer an apology. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking.I’ve dined at many restaurants around the country, and this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. Adel was rude, dismissive, and not people-friendly at all. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and does not reflect someone who should be in a management position.I truly hope the restaurant addresses this, because the atmosphere and wait staff deserve better representation.

Had an amazing experience at Houston Steakhouse in Laval. The food was unreal, perfectly cooked, great flavour, and everything came out hot and on point. Huge shoutout to Dylan, the head chef. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. The steak was cooked exactly right and the quality was next level. Also, Leanne (our server and bartender) was incredible. Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole night feel smooth and fun without being overbearing. Drinks were great and she kept everything moving perfectly. Overall, one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve had in a long time. I will 100% be back.
Food and service was excellent, Tommasso was very welcoming and accomodating and the bartender leanne and camille were the absolute best. Will come back!!!
Food was really good had the surf and turf didn't not really like the shrimp but the rest was very good. Service was excellent prices were good. Will be going back again 👍
Guys,always take time to check your bills...I was ripped off. Imagine the guy who attended to us inflated my bill without my consent.
We were yesterday at Houston Steak & Fruit De Mer Reservation @8 pm for 6 people , Atmosphere was very nice especially the music, but for the price we paid we were still hangry when we left at 10 pm to go eat somewhere else, they want to imitate Lucille they are far beyond to be compared.
Amazing service love the atmosphere and my waitress chrystel was very kind and attentive thank you for everything the team is incredible!! Will be back soon Houston’s .
Service was excellent . Fish was meh but service excellent . Don’t do there if you’re 10 or more or reserve more small groups next to each others otherwise you are stuck with the group menu with pre decided entrees and main courses but service is excellent .
Friendly staff. Charles is the best guy in town.
Went for a work party. The staff was warm and attentive. Very happy.
