What an amazing night celebrating my sister on January 10th. An incredible customer service from Charles and his team. Too often we say that this new generation has no work ethic but tonight. Charles was polite, respectful and very resourceful. Bravo Charles pour ton excellent travail. Tu as su rendre notre expérience à Houston. Chapeau pour cette belle expérience.

Food was great as well as the service. The shrimp ceviche was perfect. I ordered a non-alcoholic raspberry (framboise) mojito, and it was very well made—fresh, balanced, and refreshing. I really enjoyed it.

Terrible experience. The waitress was rude and unprofessional, and the service was slow and inaccurate. Orders were wrong and handled carelessly. The food was bland, tasteless, and poorly prepared, with no flavor whatsoever. Overall, bad service and bad food. Definitely not worth returning.
