Great atmosphere, bad food. McDonald's serves better fries than this place. Steak was alright, but they charge extra for sauce!

As you can see in the Libro App to book a table, they invite us to join them for hockey game nights as they broadcast it on their TV’s. Nowhere do they specify that you must select a Bar table and not a Dining Room table. Being with 2 minors, i selected Dining Room. We show up on time and are brought at the back of the dining room, where it would be impossible to watch the Playoffs game. The waitress then offered the first high top table near the lobby, saying you could have it until 8:30pm. 2 min later, she came back saying, its an error, there is 7pm reservation on it. The rest of the venue was booked solid at 7pm and there was no place to sit us. With the lack of clarity in their online booking instructions, Houston Brossard has ruined a Friday evening outing to watch the highly anticipated 1st playoff game in MTL. There are absolutely no other place to go as La Cage, La Belle & La Boeuf, etc, are all booked solid. Houstons Brossard provided a courtesy gift card for a future visit, but it’s nothing compare to that feeling of leaving empty handed with your 2 teenagers, after you promised them a nice evening.

Enjoyed a brunch consisting of a double burger with salad and a light beer. Service was prompt and warm. The burger was very good at $25 inc. salad. The bun could have been a little better. The draft beer was a bit flat (likely forgot to change the weekend keg) and they kindly replaced it, but it was well priced at $7 compared to other restos at DIX30. It was not overcrowded at this time of day.

My boyfriend and I come here at least once every two weeks. Always had a great time but today we came and were given only one menu, we asked for another and nobody brought it, we placed our order it took 40 minutes to get our drinks then over an hour to get the food and it came out cold. We ordered a steak and it was extremely fatty, undercooked and raw. We brought it up to our waitress and she said it’s normal. We asked to speak to a manager and someone came and reiterated it’s normal and best he could do is tell chef. This type of service is nothing we experienced ever before but it ruined a special night for us. The waitress never checked on us, we had to flag her down every time and we never got our second round of drinks, she is rude and inconsiderate she continued to speak French when we needed English service.
