This is the second time the restaurant has tried to change my reservation from the first floor or (the bar area) to the second floor at the last minute, claiming there was an issue with the online reservation system. The first time, I accepted it because I really like this place. However, it happened again, and it’s hard not to feel that the explanation isn’t entirely honest. It gives the impression that tables are being reassigned for last-minute VIP guests. I enjoy the restaurant and the food, but reservations should be respected. Customers shouldn’t feel like their table can be moved anytime something “more important” comes up.

Great place for live music and good food! It’s on the pricey side but you will definitely have a memorable night out. We ordered the burger. Excellent. And calamari. Also great. The bands tend to cost about $30 per person for the show but it’s great to see such high end performers up close. You can sit at the tables in the main room or around the bar. Parking can be a bit limited. Great night out! It’s best to reserve!

Service is absolutely ridiculous. Just like many other reviews, we waited 1 hour for food that never came. This was the first time in my life leaving a restaurant without having dinner.

I made a reservation online eight days in advance. Two days before the reservation, I received a call saying there was no space available where I originally booked. They offered us a table on the second floor but told us we wouldn’t be able to see the show. Since most other places I wanted were already fully booked, I decided to keep the reservation. When we arrived, we ordered the burrata to share. After waiting 45 minutes, we asked the server (Charles) about it. He seemed very nonchalant and said he would check. He came back and told us it would be out in 5–6 minutes. Another 15 minutes passed, so we asked again, and this time he said it was frozen and they were waiting for it to thaw. At that point, we canceled the order, paid for our two drinks, and left. Unfortunately, the manager (Alex) did not seem concerned about the situation. Overall, very disappointing experience. Won’t be going back but music and show was great!

First timers in family for our son’s 18 bday.Since entrance all was perfect.Hostess, servers and then the wonderful LIZA MELFI’s and band show. All very professional. Food excellent. Cocktails and sangria very well done.All enjoyable. We will be backSurpasse Our expectations.

This place is phenomenal in every way possible. The ambiance in general was amazing from the performers, the unique decorations (especially the numerous chandeliers) and the service we received! House of Jazz was exactly what we needed to remind my friends and I how much we enjoyed being in the moment and surrounded by live music. I would also like to highlight that they were very generous by not putting too much ice in our drinks 🥂✨

Been here a few times. The place has a amazing vibe. But the only issue they have that you would book a table near the stage! Then a day before your day of booking, they call you and say that there are no available tables near the stage! The only tables available is on the second floor where you can only hear the music but not see the band! They should sort out their customer service specially for returning customers.

Amazing food and excellent live music create a great atmosphere. However, it was extremely cold upstairs, especially near the mirrors, and the prices are quite high.

Hostesses were great. Waiter was polite and apologetic. Arrived at 7:50pm and ordered right away. By 9:30pm still no food. I understand that it is not the place where you receive your food in 15mins, but over 90 mins is a little too much. We also arrived early as to not have this issue with waiting for food. Our boys were also with us. They were curious about the whole experience so we went as a family. Doubt they will be returning. The owner or manager was performing instead of the artist scheduled. Nothing against the guy, Seems nice enough but not who I came to see perform. No effort to make it right like comping the appetizers and starter non alcoholic beverages. or offering coffee and desert on the house after dinner. something to demonstrate a sincere apology. Its not my way to ask for free things so we just paid for what was brought to us and left. Our first experience was the complete opposite. The problem is that what do I get next time if I decide to go. Jekyll or Hyde?

Nice ambiance but the jazz show we were anticipating was very disappointing. The band did covers of pop songs, not worth $15 imo. Service was slow, food was mediocre and a mandatory $2 coat check on top of it all was laughable.

This place is absolutely unique, if like us you love live music well this is the spot for you. The food is good and moderatly priced but you really go there for the show. Make sure to pick your spot, only sit infront of the band if you want to enjoy the show and get into it. Otherwise grab a table up stairs if you want to chat or even reserve their private room like we did for a portion if our dinner. 🍽️ 🎵 🎷 🎹 🎸

Bob Ricci and his band was amazing, they are heavyweight jazz players and I truly loved it.
