CAREFUL! No reimbursement for food not delivered! Last night, we ordered two poke bowls directly from their site. The transaction was completed, and we received confirmation that our food would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived at the restaurant only to read a hand-written note on the door stating it was closed until January 5th (we were the 7th). Note that this is not indicated on their site, nor on Google. When we finally got in touch with them today, the gentleman stated he could in fact do nothing to reimburse us as he is the new owner and the site is run by the old owner (who cannot be contacted). Owner refuses to take any accountability of the mix-up caused by his business - simply unacceptable.

To be avoided. I placed an order through Honi Honi's website on January 7, 2026. The order was confirmed, payment was accepted, and I received an email indicating when it would be ready for pickup. When I arrived, the restaurant was closed. I contacted the restaurant by phone earlier today and was offered no help. I was informed that it is now a new restaurant with new owners and that there is no way to resolve the issue. As a result, I never received my order, and there appears to be no way to obtain a refund. No poke, no refund, and certainly no return.
