Amazing experience I love the food here it’s incomparable to other dessert spots and it’s so underrated!!! Lovely staff as well I recommend the Biscuit Lotus it’s my favourite

Honestly disappointed. I found snack packaging inside my crepe, and this happened more than once. Please be careful with food preparation and quality control because kids eat this too. This is really not acceptable and can be dangerous.

Could you please confirm which HolyChoco location you placed the order from? Was it our 366 Sherbrooke Est Montréal location or another branch? We ask because this location serves orders in red HolyChoco branded cardboard boxes, not plastic packaging. Also, the Caramel Rush item was out of stock at this branch during the last 3 days. Please send us more details at [email protected], including the date, approximate time, and whether the order was placed in-store, Uber Eats, or DoorDash, so we can investigate this properly and contact the correct branch if needed. It’s very humid inside, I was feeling very suffocated. I bought the fondue and it wasn’t worth 20$. Overall it’s very overpriced.

Waited 15 minutes to take order, then he calmy went outside to have a smoke and then he decided to do some closing tasks and then he decided to start making our order. Really great service. Excellent job from management to hire just one employee during night shift!!
