The manager from this Harvey’s is one of greatest I’ve ever seen from any fast food chain. I had a problem that I was never gonna come back. He used his expertise to help me with my problem. If you guys have a manager of the year trophy he has my vote. If you want more in formation please contact me and I will gladly say it

Employees are incompetent; I placed an uber pickup order even confirmed if they added the pickles on the side and was told yes everything is in there, I get home and my burger is not made as requested, on the bill there is a list of items of what to include so I don’t understand how it’s difficult to follow a list especially when all the burgers were made identical.. I asked for sugar and instead got sweet n low sweetener which is very different than sugar as it does not even have the same taste and the fries were soggy. So overall my complete order was a waste of money and extremely dissatisfying. The least the employees could have done was not try to dismiss me and listen when I am confirming my order because had they listened to my verbal confirmations maybe it would have rang a bell and they would realize they actually made my order incorrectly.
