Worst Harvey’s ever. Cheapest ownership, they don’t even have forks for my poutine and the cashier proceeds to hand me a knife to eat the poutine. They always have poor quality of food, fries mixed with cold ones and burger bun hard and dry. I will not come back here anymore. They need a manager or better management how can you have a restaurant without cutlery.

It doesn't get any worse than this outlet. To start,I'm told that they have no cash for change,so I have to use debit??? I should have left immediately, still,I showed a coupon for 2 Junior chicken for 5 $.I paid,and waited for the order at the counter.There were only 4 customers at their tables already eating,and only myself at the counter.Finally, after 15 minutes?,my order comes,not chicken,but hamburger I said I paid for chicken,and was told the coupon is only for hamburger.I did not want to make a scene,so I accepted. Without gloves on,the server started to fill my order,and to my surprise,after completing the first hamburger,decided to leave,forcing a different server to complete the 2nd hamburger,with no knowledge of what condiments were inside the 1st. Totally unacceptable. I'll be going to A&W from now on,even without a coupon.👎👎
