Worst location. The lettuce was sitting there for a few days as it was discolored. The onion rings were cold. They say you can have it your way, but it’s really their way. I bought four meals and the lady put as less as possible in the sandwiches. Without exaggerating, she put three black olive slices on one of the sandwiches. For every single topping, I had to say “more” just to have a decent amount of condiments. This location has been like this for some years and I think it’s bc it has a new owner. If you can, GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION where it’s not going to seem like you’re begging to get something you’re actually paying for.

After living in the neighbourhood for a few years, I finally decided to try this Harvey's last night. I downloaded the app, but it wouldn't work for me (zero stars). But the cashier just looked at the order on my phone and quickly input it. No argument about using an in-app coupon. The price is the same as a trio at McDonald's with coupon, but the food is MUCH better. You can see them cooking your burger fresh, flame-grilled. I got the Angus burger and it was juicy and flavourful, what I would expect from a restaurant burger, not fast food. I will be back with my kids.

they refuse to add extra meat Patty even its on the menu and has a price tag on it, you can't use the mobile app coupon from the harveys app. If you are so not like what harvey's canada do then you should use your own branding not harvey's.

There are so many reviews from 5 days ago from accounts with only one review. Very suspicious. Anyways, the amount of toppings they give you is very small, I understand a limit but two paper thin slices of cucumber is ridiculous! And they only give four onion rings in the Frings! They also didn't seem very organised, with people getting thier food before us, even though we ordered the same thing.
