Hi, I have been buying food at this Harvey’s for atleast 3 years ago every Friday and Saturday evening for my daughter. Yesterday I had a horrible service I always get the food from drive through. The short girl employee that ordered with gave me the wrong, likely as I do always check before leaving the window i discovered one of the two orders was wrong, one of the other girl came and told her that I wanted a Putin chicken buffalo which the wrong order was a chicken burger that I was given. The employee who took the ordered at the beginning she didn’t even came back at the window, remained laughing at the front desk with another employee where the second employee was struggling to understand how I received the wrong order. I had one of their supervisor who came, with none sense attitude to tell me that he is going to refund me instead of asking me what I ordered originally or atleast to make the right meal that I wanted. It’s very shameful, and unbelievable to have such employees.
