The supervisor was very rude and unhelpful. Every other branch accepts online coupons, especially when customers want to pay cash. It felt like they did not care at all. Honestly, Wendy’s is right across the street, and with this kind of service, customers can easily choose another place.

The senior crew at this Harvey’s restaurant is the best .They actually care about their job. Great service! great food go together. More Harvey’s should hire seniors.

Place is dirty. The floor feels like you’re walking on oil. For Harvey’s, food was average. My impression is the oil used to cook the fries and onion rings is overdue for changing. Why, cause I could taste it in my onion rings. The person who served me placed napkins on my tray and left oil smudges on them from his gloves. Sorry, disgusting. Never again - at this Harvey’s.

Harvey’s is definitely my favourite chain restaurant hamburger and this particular Harvey’s does it right. The owners are Frequently working on site and are always there when it’s busy during the week. Whether they are there or not, service is always excellent. Staff are knowledgable and friendly. They genuinely Appear to enjoy being part of the team. The atmosphere for a fast food restaurant is good. They keep it clean, and it is well lit without being blinding. Considering the kitchen is right there, it is reasonably quiet.

Best Harvey's in the West Island, hands down! Staff were super friendly, and food quality was top-notch! A big upgrade from the location on Pierrefonds boulevard. We ended up here after discovering the nearby Tim Hortons was demolished. Their website didn't reflect that! Kudos to our paratransit drivers for pointing us here! Angus burgers are life-changing, onion wings are a win, and fries are 🔥! Will be back!!
