I am pleased to say that for the past few visits or so, the service has been consistently excellent, and the food: prepared with care and very tasty. For this reason, I have updated my previous review to reflect the current state of excellence this particular location demonstrate. A fine example of what Harvey's can and should be. Thank you to the entire team! Original review: ------------------------ Not a bad experience per say, but doesn't seem as nicely run as others. There was only 1 employee taking the orders during supper rush and when more arrived, they simply stayed in the back talking and laughing. The meal was prepared in a decent way, but burned/sloppy desserts. The onion ring bag had very few in them (like a kids meal) and for some reason, one of the donuts bags was missing 3. No one was rude or anything, but perhaps not as professional of a service as I'd expect from a food chain.
