I arrived at Delson Harvey's at 8.45pm. I ordered the Angus trio, 2 chicken sandwiches and onion rings. When I got home I discovered that they got the order wrong and forgot the fries & drink that come with the trio. I called the location but couldn't reach a human being. Train your employees to listen to the customer and give them what they paid for. I expect a response to this review and if not then I can only conclude that Harvey's doesn't care about customer service or their reputation any more.. if that is the case I will take my business and money somewhere else. Fix this problem and provide your clients with the food they order correctly
