I just left the restaurant about 30 minutes ago. Can’t tell the name of the person who served me. After paying cash, she threw my change on my hand. Gave me my bag rudely. I said " thanks and enjoy your evening " out of curtesy and she looked at me without saying a word. I am sorry if I bothered her but that kind of attitude is not welcoming customers. I guess she had a tiring day…

Really guys not even 20 mins ago i went order 4 trio 2 onions ring 1 fries and 1 poutine at drive thru..the moment i wanted to open the bag to check, the guy said " no worries the manager check the order himself" (man was super nice by the way) i said ok i trust yall..i didn't wanna seems rude but godd i should have ..they forgot my fries ..maybe it was rush hours but anyway suks i paid for a whole meal bit didn't get it..with all traffic can't go back for fries.. 68 $ at that ...anyway my lost!

I wanted to use the restroom, but the cleaning lady had blocked the door with several objects. I stayed for about 45 minutes while eating, and the restroom was inaccessible the whole time! When I was finally able to go, she left the door open, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand she has a job to do, but leaving the door open or blocking the restroom prevented me from using it.
