Horrible experience with this Decarie Harvey's. I had a prepaid online order but the manager/owner refused to acknowledge it. Even accused me of lying but of course when no employees were around. I even had a email showing my payment and directing me to pick up my order. I don't recommend this particular Harvey's.😭

I am shocked that at the people are still touching food without gloves. The service is rushed and unprofessional. You can tell the staff is frustrated with the workload expected of them and they take this out on the customers.

To be honest, this is the best restaurant in Montréal! And the staff is very friendly and helpful! and there food is amazing!

This is my 3rd time visiting. Service was good every visit. I order through the mobile app usually and food seems to come a bit quicker compared to other customers which is convenient.

We are regular customers that go to this location often . The staff always welcome us with warm smiles and we feel very welcomed.If we go for Breakfast or Lunch no matter what time of day it is they are always friendly to serve us.

Lady at drive thru tonight at 11pm ( Jan 12 ) very rude and doesn’t have no customer care. I’m telling her she’s charging me wrong was on the menu it says 7$ ans she’s charging me 11$ she refused to change to price. I ask for a supervisor she tells me no. A guy employee came and she told him to leave. She still refused to change my price. I payed it as there was a line and I didn’t want to be the one making everyone e delayed. Very bad customer service.

I had the pleasure of dining in at this Harveys location. The food was great, the lunch time workers were amazing and very quick as well. The overall restaurent was also very well kept. Honestly one of the best Harvey’s locations in Montreal.
