Anytime that we are in Montreal, we pick up a couple of bags of bagels. Well, my wife decided to bring home bagels from here instead of our usual spot (you know the one) and I have to say...these are superior and will be our regular stop. They are a little chewier and a little more depth of flavor. THIS is how I remember bagels from when I was a kid living there.
