I am writing to complain about my very disappointing experience at your restaurant on the evening of 31 December. I ordered tandoori chicken leg. When the staff member took my order, she informed me that rice was not available and only naan was available. I agreed and confirmed the order for tandoori chicken with naan. After waiting 30 minutes, I was served salad, but the quantity was extremely small and not sufficient even for one person. Then, after waiting more than one hour, I was served chicken that was not tandoori. It looked like fried chicken, was not fresh, and had a bad smell. After that, the staff told me that naan was also not available and only pulao was available. The pulao served was cold and had a very bad smell as well. Despite the poor food quality, long waiting time, and incorrect items being served, I was charged $20. The food was clearly not fresh, and the overall service was unacceptable. I am very unhappy with this experience and request that you look into this matter seriously. I expect a proper explanation and an appropriate resolution.
Place is good and service is good. Food was interesting basically a blend of Pakistani and Lebanese style cuisine.

Enjoyed the food. Good size portions. Went at lunch right when they opened, quiet place, good amount of parking right next door in the parking lot. Friendly staff. Chicken was moist and well cooked. My preference would be to have an Italian style dressing on the salad, but it didn't take away from the meal itself.
