I ordered a Love 66 shisha recommended by the server, and it was so good. The music really matched the shisha vibe. I had a great time! 😌
One of the worst hookah lounge experiences I’ve had. We waited around 30 minutes just to be seated, despite multiple empty tables. After finally sitting down, it took another 20 minutes for anyone to take our hookah order. Meanwhile, staff were actively serving other tables around us while completely ignoring ours. Servers would walk past us repeatedly without checking in or acknowledging us. They also took 5 minutes just to get one chair for me when there’s many available chairs. The hookah itself was poor quality and not worth the wait at all. We also ordered coffee, which never came. We asked two different waiters, and still nothing. When we asked for the guest Wi-Fi password, they gave us the wrong one and told us to “just try different variations,” which was extremely unprofessional. Service was basically nonexistent. We eventually had to go up to the staff ourselves just to get the bill, which also took an unreasonable amount of time. To top it off, they did not properly convert US dollars to Canadian dollars, so we were charged significantly more than we should’ve been. Overall: terrible service, bad hookah, poor communication, and pricing issues. Not worth the time or money. Would not recommend.
This was the worst experience i had at a hookah bar. We had two different waiters who completely ignored us. We waited 30 minutes to get seated even when multiple seats were completely open. We saw them cater to everyone else but us. We were ignored our whole stay even when asking them for what we ordered multiple times. The hookah was very mediocre and was definetky not worth the money or the time. If you’re considering to coming here , don’t.
Amazing place to eat and shisha :)
I recently visited Habibiz and it was excellent! The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding—Hayet, our waitress, was super nice and very professional. This definitely won’t be my last visit!
Great atmosphere, especially for talking and game night. Food tasted good but portions are getting smaller. Shisha tasted trash with almost no flavour. Servers always seemed annoyed with any requests.
