Terrible experience at Habibiz. We went in, sat down, ordered, everything seemed fine — until it was time to pay. That’s when they suddenly tell us they don’t accept credit or even debit. Only cash. Who runs a place like this in 2026? When we said we didn’t have cash, they pushed us to do an e-transfer “just this time.” That’s not a solution — that’s forcing customers into payment methods they didn’t agree to. There was no clear notice upfront, no heads-up, nothing. It felt unprofessional and honestly pretty shady. Customers should have the option to pay normally, not be cornered at the end of their visit. Definitely not going back.

Vibes are immaculate. The Food is Bussin. I ate a Chicken poutine and Beef Burger and Oh MY. The Shisha is taste. Overall super vibe. Def recommend to go chill with friends or a date.

The food is really good, everything tasted fresh and super satisfying. The prices are also really good, especially for the quality you get. On top of that, the staff are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely a great spot.

Amazing experience at Habibiz! The service was outstanding from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. You can really tell they care about their customers. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend! Big s/o to Zehra, Abde , Chawks , Shante, Lina, Selma, and the biggest s/o to the cook; Mhana!!

I had a very disappointing experience. I came with my husband and a friends,we were a group of four—but we were initially given a table meant for only two people. We specifically asked for a table for four. One employee kindly brought us a proper table, but shortly after, another employee approached us and said that if our friend didn’t arrive within 10 minutes, we would have to leave. This felt very unwelcoming and unnecessary. This is not good customer service, and it made it hard to enjoy our time. Guests should feel comfortable, not rushed or pressured like this.

The second I arrived, no one was there to greet and seat you. Finally was told to just sit anywhere. Ordered a hookah lemon mint. It was OK, a little dead, not much smoke. 45 minutes passed and the server did not once come to ask me if everything was OK or if I needed new coals. Seemed like they only had 2 People working. The workers are also too invested in people they already know who are there and take care of them more. I eventually just left without getting new coals as I just didnt want to wait any longer. The ventilation in the restaurant is not great also. Id suggest staying away.

One of the worst hookah lounge experiences I’ve had. We waited around 30 minutes just to be seated, despite multiple empty tables. After finally sitting down, it took another 20 minutes for anyone to take our hookah order. Meanwhile, staff were actively serving other tables around us while completely ignoring ours. Servers would walk past us repeatedly without checking in or acknowledging us. They also took 5 minutes just to get one chair for me when there’s many available chairs. The hookah itself was poor quality and not worth the wait at all. We also ordered coffee, which never came. We asked two different waiters, and still nothing. When we asked for the guest Wi-Fi password, they gave us the wrong one and told us to “just try different variations,” which was extremely unprofessional. Service was basically nonexistent. We eventually had to go up to the staff ourselves just to get the bill, which also took an unreasonable amount of time. To top it off, they did not properly convert US dollars to Canadian dollars, so we were charged significantly more than we should’ve been. Overall: terrible service, bad hookah, poor communication, and pricing issues. Not worth the time or money. Would not recommend.

This was the worst experience i had at a hookah bar. We had two different waiters who completely ignored us. We waited 30 minutes to get seated even when multiple seats were completely open. We saw them cater to everyone else but us. We were ignored our whole stay even when asking them for what we ordered multiple times. The hookah was very mediocre and was definetky not worth the money or the time. If you’re considering to coming here , don’t.
