Are your phones down? I’ve been trying to call dozens of times to ask if something was lost. Not everyone is from the area! Also, last time we ate there, we were told “you have 1h56 left” when we barely opened our menus. Super unprofessional.

My experience at Gyubee on January 4th was immaculate all thanks to our server Qi. His proactivity and efficiency were off the charts. He noticed we needed chopsticks and brought them before we could ask. He also noticed my phone open on the menu and promptly came over our table to ask if we needed something. I will definitely be asking to have him as my server on my next visit. Also the food was immaculate

My friend suggested this place, and I was expecting Japanese BBQ, but it turned out to be more of a Korean BBQ. The quality of the meat was hit or miss—some cuts looked great, while others had way too much fat compared to meat. The non-meat menu options were just okay. The service was fine overall, though there were a few language barrier moments. The ambiance was nice. I do wish they had sushi options like some of their other branches. That said, my friends and I still had a nice time overall.
