We ordered the Gujarati thali and Idada via Uber Eats . Idada was perfect and nice whereas Thali was incredibly disappointed. The taste wasn't even close to authentic Gujarati food, and the overall quality was very poor.To make matters worse, our order was incorrect and missing items. The thali was supposed to come with two appetizers, but we only received one. It was also supposed to include Gujarati Dal with Rice, but instead, they completely replaced it with two containers of Dudhi Chana.Between the missing food, wrong items, and lack of flavor, it was a highly frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here if you are looking for a proper, high-quality thali.

Stopped in on vacation as me and my companions LOVE Indain food. Gujarat Palace did not dissapoint! Fantastic setting woth gorgeous decorations, and great food that I've never got the pleasure of trying. Definitely grab the mango 🥭 Lassi, one of my favs. The chicken Dosa was new to me but very tasty with flavorful sauces. While it was really quite when we went ( I think the place is new?) I can see it filling up soon.

Chicken 65, Manchurian chicken, and chicken lollipops were delicious. Chicken Hakka noodles was kinda tasteless, the only thing that kinda saves it is the crunchy cabbage and onions, I had to add sauces from the other dishes to eat it. Lamb lababdar was okay. Shrikand was unique, tastes like a very thick sweet yogurt, it was nice with the dried fruits. I do appreciate getting the call asking which flavour I wanted.

REAL TASTE OF INDIAN FOOD Bombay Mahal 1.0 is hands down the best Indian food I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten Indian food in New York City, the UK, India, and Toronto, and nothing compares to the flavors, taste, and authenticity here. Dilip, Kevin, and the entire staff are some of the nicest, friendliest, and most hospitable people you’ll ever meet. They make you feel completely at home from the moment you walk in. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing Indian cuisine. The food is outstanding, the portions are generous, and the prices are incredibly affordable. In fact, I think they could charge more for the quality they provide. Simply put, this place is the best of the best—truly one of a kind. If you love authentic Indian food, you owe it to yourself to try it.

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Montreal! I visited today with my family and we tried the buffet menu—everything was absolutely great. You can really tell that all the items are made with high-quality ingredients and the taste was delicious. Some of the absolute highlights for us were the chicken Afghani momos, the rich and flavorful goat curry, the chicken hot and sour soup, and the shrikhand for dessert! A special thanks to Lovi, who went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and gave us excellent recommendations on which dishes to try. We left feeling incredibly happy with our experience. This is a must-try restaurant if you are in Montreal !

Tried Gujarat Palace for the first time and have to say I was very much impressed. We started off with the vada pav - the authentic flavors and spice reminded me of vada pav directly from India. We then got the house special and this too was sizzling and tasteful. For main entrees we got lamb roganjosh and chicken tikka masala with garlic naans, again flavors were great. Highly recommend!
