Had to wait 30 minutes just to pickup sandwiches. There were not many people in the restaurant. Seems like staff forgot to put our food on grill. Disappointed!! They didn't even apologise for their mistake.

They used to have the best hamburgers for years. Recently we tried their burgers, the bread was not fresh, and it was not enough warm, and the patty was smaller. Maybe the management is changed, don't know...

Do yourself a favor and don't go. Go to the one on Cote des neiges. This location is dirty Staff is not welcoming I ordered a kilo mix to go. Picked it up went home and realized it was cold. They gave me old meat that they had cooked earlier. Disgusting
