I don’t recommend it at all. When they serve you a steak sandwich, it’s filled with toppings like mushrooms, sauce, onions, and so on—but there’s barely any actual steak in it. Maybe the restaurant owner might get upset by this, but I’m just sharing what I experienced

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that our Philly steak sandwich includes approximately 220g of steak, prepared fresh and combined with toppings to create a balanced and flavorful sandwich.
This item is one of our best sellers and is consistently appreciated by many of our customers for both its quality and generous portion. Even with the rising cost of meat across Canada, we have made a conscious decision to maintain both the quality and quantity of our ingredients.
That said, consistency is very important to us, and if your sandwich did not reflect our usual standards, we would appreciate the opportunity to look into it.
After reviewing our records and in-store activity, we noticed that you visited us the day before your pickup order and then returned again the following day. We truly appreciate repeat visits, as they usually reflect a positive experience.
That’s why we were a bit surprised to read your comments. If your first visit did not meet your expectations, we would have really appreciated the opportunity to address it right away.
We also want to mention that we’ve recently received a few similar reviews, and we take all feedback seriously. At the same time, we carefully monitor consistency across our service and food quality, which many of our regular customers continue to appreciate.
