Absolute amazing night last night! Went for dinner with my grandma and got served by Jimmy; a star and professional waiter! The bus boy was also amazing, filling our waters without having to ask. The food was delicious. From the grilled octopus, to the fried zucchini, to the juicy salad, to the tasty sausage. Feels like you’re sitting in a restaurant in Greece. Owner is super nice and present. Desserts were fantastic. Will definitely be back soon. Coming from someone who works in the restaurant industry, if you want to have a great night, fantastic food and amazing service, Grigoris is the place to go! Steps of service were completed to the T! Was so hungry, I forgot to take pictures of some of the food!

Absolutely incredible experience. The food is truly authentic and tastes remarkably close to what you would find in Greece - fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. The service was amazing as well - warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. The atmosphere is stylish, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxed but special dining experience. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
Wow. The area needed an authentic greek food place and it did not disappoint. Chicken pita plate had tastes of greece including the french fries inside. We had multiple appetizers and deserts and all A+. We had the bouyioudi for the first time and really liked it. We will be back
Delicious food! I had the calamari pita and psilokomeni salad. Also the tzatziki was phenomenal! Great West Island find
Great tasting food.. awesome atmosphere and the waiters are very professional..
Visited newly opened Greek restaurant ‘Grigoris’ at Point-Claire for our Valentines 💝 Dinner 🍽️ We had ordered appetizers Pikilia Meze (trio dip, keftedakia, zucchini patties, beet salad) with additional Taramosalata Greek dip - picture attached For the main course we got Moussaka (comprised of layered sauteed eggplant 🍆, potatoes 🥔 meat sauce with creamy bechamel sauce) - picture attached At the end they served with traditional Greek sweet dish and a shot of Greek wine (I think so) as complimentary. This is the first time we tried very authentic and traditional Greek food. It was very delicious OMG. We enjoyed it. Not only food, we enjoyed the hospitality by the owner and a Greek guy who has a very good sense of humour. The restaurant is very neat & clean, the interior decoration is traditional Greek culture. I would give 10 out of 10 starts for this new restaurant and wish them all the best with great Greek 🇬🇷 food & customer service. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ Merci beaucoup
From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into such a beautiful atmosphere. The space is warm, elegant, and truly gives that authentic Greek feeling — like a little escape to the Mediterranean. We started with the fried zucchini and calamari, and they were absolutely perfect. Light, crispy, and not greasy at all — you could taste how fresh everything was. The flavors were simple yet done so well, exactly how Greek food should be. For our mains, we ordered the moussaka and pastitsio, and wow. Both dishes were rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The moussaka was perfectly layered and beautifully seasoned, and the pastitsio was creamy, hearty, and cooked to perfection. Every bite tasted homemade and made with love. A special thank you to Maria and Gregori for their incredible hospitality. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth truly made the experience unforgettable. You can feel the passion they have for what they’re building. We left completely satisfied — from the atmosphere, to the food, to the service. Wishing you both endless success, full tables, and many beautiful years ahead. Καλή επιτυχία! 🇬🇷✨
Great food, great atmosphere. I strongly recommend.
We went by the new restaurant on Brunswick with a group of 6 the other night, and had a wonderful time. The plates are large and very delicious, and the decor is great. It’s some of the most authentic Greek food we’ve had in the West Island. Will definitely be coming back in the near future.
Authentic Greek cuisine made by some awesome people. The taste ,portions and quality were all there. Keep up the great job!
Amazing authentic greek food! Loved the zucchini chips and pork gyro wow!! Everything is delicious and very fresh:)
Upon entering the building to have lunch with a couple of friends, we were greeted in the most sincerely friendly manner. From the first 5 seconds of entering Grigoris, I knew we were in for a treat with at least the friendly service. The Greek radio playing adds to the vibe. Really all that was missing is the warm weather (done with winter!). Having grown up alongside Greek neighbours all around me, and the cuisine as well, I was hoping to get a taste of something better, authentic, that doesn't taste like every other greek spot in the area. Oh boy did they deliver! I ordered the chicken pita plate with their house salad, rice, and (my usual favorite) roasted lemon potatoes. The salad (maroulosalata) looked so simple but had such a beautiful complexity of flavors. The thinly sliced ribbons of lettuce, the green onions, drizzled with the zesty lemon dressing and let's not forget the fresh dill adding such an exquisite smell and flavor to the whole mix of greens. The crumbled feta on top added that creamy salty flavor to compliment the acidity of the lemon dressing. This might seem silly to mention but the Kalamata olive that came in the salad, I don't know if we got lucky on the ones we got, were plump and juicy and unlike any other kalamata olive I have ever had before. The rice, at first look, had the same appearance as any rice you would get from your typical greek restaurant but, again, the flavors involved were much more present. The rice was perfectly cooked, the added ingredients, and whatever other magic spell or seasoning they added really gave that rice the boost to stand out against the rice from other competing spots. The roasted potatoes! So tender and perfectly cooked with the zesty lemon flavor was exactly what I looked for in those potatoes. I do have to say that my personal preference is to have the potato roasted slightly more to have a slight crispy texture on the exterior but that's just my preference. The potatoes were so well cooked that it literally melted in my mouth leaving a creamy, lemony, buttery flavor and texture. The sides looked and smelled so good that I finished them before even getting started with the chicken pita sandwich. Now for that sandwich, usually your typical greek restaurant will have chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, tzatziki topped with some oregano, all inside a thick greek pita. When it comes to Grigoris' chicken pita, it's just built different. You have a choice between the traditional tzatziki or, if you want to try something different that still brings you some authentic Greek flavor, ask for the mustard sauce instead of tzatziki (and trust me you will want to ask for extra mustard on the side). Aside from the sauce, the chicken is very well prepared, juicy, and flavorful. In the way that you'll find it in Greece, the sandwich will have fries inside. The fries are well cooked, don't have an overpowering flavor of oil like most places would have, allowing you to enjoy the perfect melody of flavors wrapped in the best pita of all the competitors in the West Island. What's so special about the pita? Others', I personally find, are tough and dense, probably because of the length of time they've been frozen before thawed and heated but I am taking a guess. The pita here is light, fluffy, doesnt break apart while you hold it as it shouldn't since it's thick, but when you take a bite of the sandwich, the light and fluffy pita will show no resistance and allows you to enjoy its contents that it wraps as a beautiful present being gifted to you by the Dodekatheon themselves. After eating my plate clean, I had to try a dessert item I was eyeing; the baklava cheesecake with a perfect drizzle of Greek honey. The ingredients that they use in their food are clearly top of the line in quality, and pairing that with the skills of the talented gentleman cooking and plating every dish deserves my time and dedication to write a review as exquisite as their meal. Thank you all for your amazing food as well as your lovely and friendly service! See you again soon!
Their cheesecake baklava is one of the best. It’s two of my favourite dessert combined. And trust me, I cannot get enough of it
I came here with my mother on the opening day, my only regret is this; i was too distracted by the amazing food to remember to snap pictures 💔. It doesn't get more authentic than this. Best greek food i’ve tasted in the west island. We ate calamari, pork gyro, chicken gyro, Pastitsio, Moussaka, 100%greek yogurt tzatziki. Everything was made from scratch and with love., As for sweets? I think they must have a secret Yiayia out there somewhere baking delicious desserts. Cheese cake and Baclava. All the food was Top of the line! We’ll be back. Our new favorite Authentic Greek Resto 🙏
Amazing place with fresh and delicious greek food! The chicken gyro plate was simply amazing and very flavorful, with generous portion. Everyone was super nice and welcoming!! 100% would recommend and will be back :)
A must try in the West Island for authentic Greek food.
