I went to lunch as a table of 3 for lunch on a Friday recently to celebrate a double birthday. I would add that this group does not have the fortune of going out for lunch often . When we arrived we were the only table and when we left there were only 3 tables total so definitely not busy. We ordered 2 chicken plates and one moussaka from the lunch menu. The moussaka was sent back as it was cold. The person who ordered it waited patiently for 20 minutes for the food to return at which point our waiter still hadn’t let us know when we could expect the food back. We called over the owner who saw that we were waiting for food yet did not approach us. He informed us that the food was being warmed and it was brought back almost 25 minutes later at which point the other 2 were finished and so after a couple of bites the person opted to take it home. Upon plating it for dinner she noticed that there was raw meat in the dish. Upon calling the restaurant she was told that it was impossible but then proceeded to thank her for letting them know. No offer of refund or credit . I emailed the restaurant a week and a half ago and have received no response whatsoever . I allowed some grace before posting this review . I have frequented this restaurant in the past with other groups of friends however will not be returning.
