This review is for Luca - he consistently goes above and beyond in what he does, he’s courteous, professional, knowledgeable and is a people person. Luca recently helped us cater our civil wedding - and went above and beyond, thinking of us and alleviating any stressors. The food was appreciated by our guests and was more than enough - there was nothing left. Luca, thank you x 1000000. Needless to say, we love Greektown grill DDO - the food is incredible, fresh, tasty, and always hits the mark - but most importantly; we are always treated with kindness, cared for, and we leave feeling like we just dined with family - because of Luca and the team. We will continue to visit this establishment for years to come.

My recent visit to Greektown Grill was an excellent experience overall. The food was flavorful, well-executed, and truly satisfying—everything you’d expect from quality Greek cuisine. Portion sizes were notably generous, leaving us with plenty to take home, which adds great value to the experience. Service was slightly slower than usual, likely due to the Greek Easter rush and a full house, but the staff remained professional and attentive throughout. A strong and reliable spot for authentic Greek food. I’ll definitely be returning.

We ordered in last night, and the food was phenomenal! Finally, there is an amazing Greek restaurant on the West Island. Update. We ordered last night again and wow!!! When our food arrived i was in shock. The Greek fries were tasty, but there were maybe 10 fries, only 1/2 a cup of rice and as for the Souvlaki it was fantastic as usual! Too bad, I had great faith in the quality and service here, unfortunately once the initial opening has passed, like all other restaurants it's gone down hill. So we ordered tonight and unfortunately we were sadly disappointed. The quality has gone down hill. I ordered a Pita and it was dull, tasteless and looked empty. Last time I ordered.

Service and food was excellent. Very attentive and down to earth staff made you felt right at home and went above and beyond in making sure you had the best experience. Will defintely go back. Made for a very enjoyable evening.

The food is absolutely delicious, it is the best Greek food in the West Island! The service from our waitress Sarah was amazing. She is an absolute ray of sunshine and one of the best servers I’ve seen!

We chose a deluxe platter for two from the menu. The presentation was not very appealing, and the calamari was not tasty at all. Also, while serving the dish, a strand of the waiter’s hair fell onto the table. We did not mention it to avoid embarrassing them, but we set that piece of food aside. When we saw “for two” on the menu, we assumed it was priced for two people, but it turned out to be per person. The description was misleading. After the food was served, no one checked on our table. Empty plates and used napkins were not cleared. The water glasses on the table were not clean. After the meal, we ordered coffee and dessert. Only the dirty plates were removed, but the used napkins were left on the table and no one cleaned table. They brought dessert and coffee to a dirty table. The only positive was that the salad was very delicious. We went there as a family for a celebration, but unfortunately left disappointed, and it affected our entire evening. I hope they take this feedback into consideration and improve their service, because for the price we paid, we could have had a much better dining experience elsewhere.

I went to lunch as a table of 3 for lunch on a Friday recently to celebrate a double birthday. I would add that this group does not have the fortune of going out for lunch often . When we arrived we were the only table and when we left there were only 3 tables total so definitely not busy. We ordered 2 chicken plates and one moussaka from the lunch menu. The moussaka was sent back as it was cold. The person who ordered it waited patiently for 20 minutes for the food to return at which point our waiter still hadn’t let us know when we could expect the food back. We called over the owner who saw that we were waiting for food yet did not approach us. He informed us that the food was being warmed and it was brought back almost 25 minutes later at which point the other 2 were finished and so after a couple of bites the person opted to take it home. Upon plating it for dinner she noticed that there was raw meat in the dish. Upon calling the restaurant she was told that it was impossible but then proceeded to thank her for letting them know. No offer of refund or credit . I emailed the restaurant a week and a half ago and have received no response whatsoever . I allowed some grace before posting this review . I have frequented this restaurant in the past with other groups of friends however will not be returning.

$16 pitas with literally nothing else. $16 additional dollars for a tiny box of fries. Crazy prices for tiny portions

Our pitas are priced between $8 and $9.50, and fries are $7.Why are you trying to hurt our business and the young men and women who work there? You are aware our menu is online? Lastly, your ordered on uber. You paid 16$ for 2 Chicken Pitas and Feta fries, which are made with Greek Imported Feta. Where you expecting the feta to be free? Have you no Ethics Aaron?

The best Greek restaurant in the West Island ❤️The restaurant is super cozy and the staff is super nice and very attentive 😊 We had the half sea bass along with loose chicken and chicken souvlaki plate ❤️❤️ Each bite was beyond delicious and for dessert we had the baklava ❤️❤️ Cannot wait to come back to this 11/10 restaurant and try other items on this menu with family and friends 🥰🥰 UPDATES: Went back for dinner and were treated by one of the nicest staff (Sarah) who went out of her way to make us comfortable 😇😇 We had the fried zucchini with tzatziki for appetizers that was so delicious ❤️❤️ For the main meal we had the chicken gyro, chicken souvlaki plate, and moussaka and each bite was phenomenal ❤️❤️ Our full compliments to the chefs for making this gourmet’s delight 🙏🙏 Finally for dessert we had the rice pudding, baklava cheesecake and bougatsa and it was the best thing over 😍😍 Cannot recommend this amazing 11/10 Greek restaurant enough for the wonderful staff and fantastic food 🙏🙏
