New year 2026✨ This is some of the feedback I have: 1) Too pricey for a beautiful view, we paid about $1200 for 2 rooms and 2 nights. Rooms were not big enough. 2) Beds were fine but the pillows were very hard and old. No kitchen, just a few plates were in a rack in the hallway. 3) There was just one microwave beside the main entrance under the counter, hard to locate and hard to put food in or take from. 4) First night was noisy in the room, people were coming in or going out until 4 am and were talking so loud. 5) Coffee machine were not working in both rooms, when we messaged the owner about it, he was asking us if we ever knew how to use the coffee machines and my friend got very offended by that. 😅 There’s no kitchen or dining area. 6) The biggest disappointment was not to have access to the sauna and spa (it was mentioned in ad) but it wasn’t clear that it doesn’t come with rooms and it’s only available if you book the lower apartment. As per owner replied to our feedback, we are only giving an honest feedback so other travellers won’t be disappointed and this place can be improved by owner to get more business. If owner could check previous comments even 3 years old complaint, someone said same thing about broken coffee machines and confusion about their ad about facilities. We booked through Booking.com. I added the screenshot about this cabin ad. It should be more accurate and clear for travellers. We travel a lot and we always provide an honest feedback to help other travellers and property owners as well (only if they take it as an opportunity to improve). Thanks 😊

We understand how disappointing it can be when expectations do not fully align with the experience, and we are sorry for any frustration this caused during your stay. Our site offers several different types of accommodations. Some include kitchens, others include a spa, and others are more minimalist options such as glamping units without water or electricity. Amenities vary depending on the specific unit booked. At the time of reservation, a confirmation email is sent detailing the exact accommodation reserved and the amenities included. I will personally review and further clarify these emails to reduce the risk of misunderstandings. The room you reserved did not include access to a kitchen or to the sauna and spa, as noted in the confirmation details. If possible, we would appreciate it if you could indicate which advertisement suggested that the rooms included spa access, so we can correct it and prevent future guests from being disappointed. Regarding pricing, rates are higher during the New Year period due to very strong demand at that time of year. The coffee machines were checked after your departure and were fully functional. That said, we regret that this caused frustration. We will make sure that clearer instructions are available in the future, either through on-site assistance or by providing a short explanatory video when needed.
