Worst dine in experience i've had. We had reserved for 6 people. When we arrived, there was no one at the "entrance" to show us to our table. We had to look around to find someone to show us where to sit. They offered us two options of tables (they were both really dirty and they didn't bother cleaning them up before nor after our arrival) ...one was outside of the restaurant in the uqam lobby in front of the security guard and the other one was close to the entrance door next the main dine in room. Many other places were available in the main dinning room and we thought we would get one of those seeing how we had reserved...but they ended being for the walk-ins that came after us. We ordered our food and told him we still didn't know what we wanted to drink (other than the water we had...). To eat, i got the Japanese omelet, the pork belly seemed to be some leftover piece overly reheated, it was extremely dry and hard. We wanted to order our drinks but the server never came to see us again. We had to ask for ustensiles since we had our food but no cutlery..when we ran out of water we waited a little hoping for someone to stop by our table but no one came so one of us went to them with our water jug to get it filled they said they would drop it to our table....40 minutes of wait and still no water, no waiter, no check ups and we were ready to leave..once again had to look for someone to pay our receipt (that we never even saw because he never gave us the receipt..he simply bought the payment machine with the total price) Had the chance to see (since we were close to the dishwasher) some of the employees touching the dirty plates and used cutlery and then going to touch sliced bread with their bare hands without washing their hands in between both actions. 3 glasses that came to our table were dirty (2 water and 1 smoothie)...Seems like the is no regard towards sanitary restrictions...

i had a latte, it was so terrible (worst i’ve ever had) had to throw it out after a few sips. i mixed it and everything, but that tasted like straight up diabetes in a cup. overpriced too! 🫤
Horrible service and burned chicken. Waffles drenched in syrup. Took the waiters 30 min to come to us and didn’t even clean the table nor give us utensils until we had to flag them down
Mandated 30% gratuity and cut us off 90 minutes of bottomless mimosas 20 minutes early. Mimosas were watered down halfway through as well. Scam.
Honestly a very cute cafe, there’s not much service. It’s quite loud in there on a Wednesday afternoon. The food is okay, but certainly the combo is unusual. Not in a bad way, but I’ve never seen Mac and cheese made with penne and Parmesan before. This being said, I like the beef poutine. The cheese curds just melt into your mouth as the caramelized onion work harmoniously with the bacon bits. The sauce is certainly unique, almost close to a barbecue sauce. Very generous portion. This is not a cafe made for studying, as the room is full of chatters while the music blasts in the background.
The food was delicious, especially the flavourful potatoes and tasty 3-cheese omelette. The menu was excellent with a lot of choices. And the $30 all you can drink in 90min Tower Mimosa's looked fabulous! 🍹 A suggestion might be that the Server promote this when taking your order! (We didn’t order it) I loved all the windows and the set-up of the establishment. A very quaint cafe. However it was quite expensive considering the ambiance, as the furniture itself was dated and mismatched and staff were unrecognizable in their attire. At first, I had no idea who actually was working there compared to the patrons. My opinion would be a more uniformed look for the servers and logos on their shirts, drawing a more sophisticated look of an upscale cafe that suits their price point. Also it took a while for us to get service to start with a coffee or beverage. Then for my meal, they brought me the wrong order. And I understand accidents happen, but usually a restaurant would then compliment the meal after having to wait 10 more minutes while the other person ate their food. This is just custom courtesy in the restaurant industry. But overall, the food is great and some simple changes would improve the overall dining experience.
This cafe is cute and cozy, and the service isn't bad either, but I thought the food would be way better. I got the veggie tacos, and they didn't have much flavor, plus the tofu had a weird, old, maybe frozen texture. My boyfriend's poutine was good and tasty, though.
Great service, staff always polite. Great spot for happy hour cocktails after class.
Bland food, not worth the price or even coming here. Service is sub par at best.
I don't often leave reviews but I was particularly impressed. I asked for a slight modification in my meal and they got it wrong. When I informed them they not only gave me an entirely new plate, they said I could keep the original and apologized. Top notch service.
