Tried this fast food with the family for the first time based on the reviews. It was very disappointing the service. We should ask one by one some basic stuffs such as tissue, salt, straws, etc which are generally either are placed in the trays or somewhere for the people to take, if needed. However, they put everything behind the counter. The quality of food was at the modest. We were given drinks different to what we had ordered. The staffs were not helpful. All in all, we were very disappointed, mainly because of poor management and services.

Me and my friends had ordered burgers from this place and all I can say is do NOT come here whatsoever because not only was the food absolutely terrible the beef in one of the burgers wasn’t even cooked, it was dough-like and has the texture similar to paste in our mouths not to mention there was more onions and sauce in our burgers than there was anything else. The food gave us severe stomach aches, nausea and more. Still the next day with extreme bloating and stomach issues. These are overpriced pancake-sized burgers that look like they have been stepped on and thrown in the bag.

worst hamburger I’ve ever had here in mtl, the meat inside was literally Une DALLE! not juicy at all, thin and dry, and instant gloats and stomach pain, R U kidding me?? First And LAAAST.

The young lady with curly hair, excessively slow worker , wearing airpods while talking to someone on call, and not putting any efforts in customer service. Disappointed

Used Uber eats. They had a buy 1 get one free . So I got 3 trios . So should be 6 burgers instead right . Was skeptical so I left messages in the instructions and message section . 1 minute after I placed order the restaurant calls me to say if you want that order I need to buy 6 trios . So I said it's not what's advertised so cancel order . She said ok we didn't start anyway . Then few hours later I get charged 40$ because they started making the order ????!!! Fine live with this while I consult a lawyer for false advertisement and dishonest business... Nice scam. Advertising good deals then call customer for more money then when he says no charge him anyways ...

This restaurant’s scam on DoorDash is not normal. You order two trios with the “buy 2 for one” offer, and then they ask you to pay for both—how stupid! I’m really disappointed. I spoke with both cashiers, and they told me it was my fault. And the way the 2 girls treated me was awful. Like, you know there’s a promotion on DoorDash—when you see a trio, you’re supposed to give two.

First and last time for me! I was expecting a great experience compared to McD nearby but was really disappointed by the dry and undersized bugger patties...really the pictures in the menu are a lie! It was also expensive in my opinion for what I got. Mc D across the street is a better option sadly! No wonder I was the only customer in the place! That should have warned me... But I'll say the service was good, no complaints on that!

First of all the store said online it's open until 1 am, I'm here at 11:30, the girl at the cash tells me no more dine in after I ordered in the self check out... She claims she's working alone so she has to close early. I asked to get a refund, she can't refund... While preparing my order, there's no more BBQ sauce that was on my order... How I'm I suppose to eat my tenders without my sauce. Absolutely unacceptable service. As for the employee I understand she's alone... But the management is extremely poor. They must do better. Never coming back here at this location.
