Yummy & amazing service
This restaurant’s scam on DoorDash is not normal. You order two trios with the “buy 2 for one” offer, and then they ask you to pay for both—how stupid! I’m really disappointed. I spoke with both cashiers, and they told me it was my fault. And the way the 2 girls treated me was awful. Like, you know there’s a promotion on DoorDash—when you see a trio, you’re supposed to give two.
First and last time for me! I was expecting a great experience compared to McD nearby but was really disappointed by the dry and undersized bugger patties...really the pictures in the menu are a lie! It was also expensive in my opinion for what I got. Mc D across the street is a better option sadly! No wonder I was the only customer in the place! That should have warned me... But I'll say the service was good, no complaints on that!
First of all the store said online it's open until 1 am, I'm here at 11:30, the girl at the cash tells me no more dine in after I ordered in the self check out... She claims she's working alone so she has to close early. I asked to get a refund, she can't refund... While preparing my order, there's no more BBQ sauce that was on my order... How I'm I suppose to eat my tenders without my sauce. Absolutely unacceptable service. As for the employee I understand she's alone... But the management is extremely poor. They must do better. Never coming back here at this location.
Great burgers. Very tasty. The place is nice and clean.
