The place is pretty nice and clean. I took the salted caramel latte with oat milk and it was good, I'd take it again. It’s a nice spot to study, with outlets easily accessible (upstairs). The service, however, can be a bit inconvenient if you're sitting upstairs. Make sure to place your order before settling in, or you'll have to either leave your things unattended or carry them with you. Overall, it’s a pleasant spot, but the upstairs seating experience could use some improvement.
I went to this place with my friends 2 days back.. our experience was amazing..the staff was very nice and gentle.. my friends love the place.. We will visiting again..thank you for the service and the food 💕
Matcha is really disappointing, no flavour, tastes like water. The pancakes were good, but pricy. The service wasn’t great, we had to wait a while for an employee to acknowledge us, they also suddenly left without taking our order. Not impressed.
Foggy inside . Vent doesn’t intake all fumes of kitchen . All my clothes stinks of cooking . And waiting time extremely long it’s over 30 min and the pancakes are burned .Nice personal though . But I’ll never go there with my family ever again
The café left a pleasant impression. The crepes are truly delicious — soft, well-made, and, what I especially liked, not overly sweet, which makes the flavor more balanced. The only downside was the waiting time, which was quite long, but it may be because the dishes are prepared fresh.
Great little desert place and coffee shop! Love their fluffy japanese style souffle pancakes!
We went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with breakfast, and it was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was super fast. The highlight was a cute robot that brought our food to the table and even played a “Happy Birthday” song. It was such a fun and memorable experience! 🎉
The pancakes are truly amazing but way too overprice, I also felt like the customer service at this location was a bit lacking compared to the one in Chinatown and we came a week day so it was empty
This is a great spot in Montreal to enjoy some delicious, fluffy pancakes. It’s located downtown, and a robot even brings your order right to your table. It’s perfect for going with family, having drinks, or grabbing a coffee. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is really inviting.
The drink is so gooood
Disgusting behavior. I walked in with my nephews, and one of them urgently needed to use the washroom, but we were refused access unless we placed an order. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate staff. Basic human decency should come before policy — very disappointing experience.
Had low expectations going in but the food ended up being very delicious. We ordered the oreo fluffy pancake and strawberry croffle. Both were super tasty and I loved the addition of ice cream for the pancake. It is a little messy inside and the waitress didn't seem very friendly but the food was excellent overall and that's what I went for. Would recommend!
good food, but takes way too long, what gives.
This was incredible!! We got the cookies and cream and the tiramisu. The oolong and lime tea was amazing!! Friendly staff and worth the wait to enjoy these pancakes!!
Great pancakes, great ambiance and very clean. I will definitely come back. 10/10
We were a group of 4 walk in not even a “Hi” from the cashier, she looked at us as if she didn’t want to serve us. Even the one located at Chinatown can do better than that. Utensils were dirty and we even got a bug in our cake!! WARNING they don’t wash the fruits, so if yall don’t want to get sick avoid this place in all causes. We could’ve call the inspection for that! That’s so disrespectful towards customers that are paying for the food and service.
We ordered two pancakes: the Tiramisu and the Nutella one. Honestly, we were very disappointed. The pancakes tasted like plain eggs and had no flavor at all. I expected the Tiramisu one to taste like mascarpone or coffee, but it was bland. The only good thing was the melted chocolate they provide on the side. To make matters worse, the place was empty and they still took a long time to prepare and deliver our order. I wouldn't recommend it.
Food is fine, but service feels a bit lacking in the evenings. Not extremely unpleasant or anything, but a bit awkward watching a robot struggle for 3 minutes to get to a table because folks backed their chairs into the walkway and it was unable to figure its way out.
Everything was amazing
Got there at 10am on March 1st, and they were closed with no phone available to call (it wasn’t in service). The door was locked and the inside empty. Left to go eat elsewhere.
The pancakes were good however the service was absolutely horrible. We went for an after dinner dessert and as soon as we entered it was clear that none of the people working that night wanted us to be there. They were clearly annoyed with our presence. This continued as we proceeded to order. Never have I ever had someone roll their eyes at me for asking questions about the menu but our server did. We just wanted to clarify what a croffle was but this clearly annoyed our server. Then once we sat down they decided to raise the music volume to a level that made conversation impossible. So much so we had to move tables because we couldn't have a conversation without having to lean in very close in order to hear each other. The food was good but I'd never set foot in this restaurant again because of the awful service. We've never felt so unwelcome in a place before.
For starters, unprofessional and rude staff. You could tell none of them were the owners because they didn’t take any interest in being kind and welcoming to the clients. They were very cold and disconnected. The souffle pancakes just tasted like omelettes. The fruit seemed like it wasn’t washed very well. We ordered coffees, but they came without a spoon or sugar. We had to go to the counter and ask for them, but instead of a spoon, they only had stir sticks. Which is fine, but they didn’t even bring us any. They didn’t bring our whole order together. It was one item at a time for the coffee then one dish then another dish so we couldn’t enjoy everything together. The cleanliness and hygiene of the whole restaurant seemed on the low end for sure. We had to wipe down our own table before we sat down. They also had a stupid robot that brought the food but it wouldn’t shut up and kept talking to apparently nobody. And of course, only in French. Overall, a disappointing experience. It’s too bad because I was looking forward to it. Pictures looked good but that’s about it. Also very overpriced.
The mango cheesecake basque is amazing 😍
Went there with my friend for Valentine’s Day. While the food was very aesthetically pleasing and also good, the service was extremely slow. We were told at the register that wait would be 30 minutes, but it took 40 just to receive the drink we ordered, and 50 to receive the pancakes. There was also no water served at the tables.
