Ordered food for 8 people. Spent $166 on 10 dishes and 2 soups and it was maybe enough food for 4. Every tiny container was half empty. Also very mediocre food. Nothing special. Don’t order takeout if you’re hungry. Huge scam.
I have been coming here since I was 4 years old and I still think this is the best Chinese restaurant in Montreal. It’s always fresh, generous and affordable. I crave the wonton soup regularly.
Great service, great duck!
Our food was served on time and was really nice and filling. From the soup, to the main dishes, we loved it all. I personally liked the salt and pepper shrimp. ❤️ The staff were very friendly and accomodating, too.

We had dinner at this restaurant last night and everything was perfect. The service was impeccable, and the cuisine was excellent. A wonderful discovery, with delicious dishes from start to finish.

Good quality food (slightly salty so ask for less if you are sensitive), ambiance, and a relaxed atmosphere with kind-hearted staff. Would highly recommend

As a tourist from Toronto, Ontario this is the best asian restaurant in downtown Montreal. The service and the quality of foods are great! I strongly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Very satisfied.
Had an amazing experience at Fung Shing Chinese Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and everything we ordered really hit the spot. We started with the Tofu & Seafood Soup (large) which was comforting and full of flavour. The Deep Fried Wonton (large) and Pan Fried Pork Dumplings (large) were perfectly crispy and packed with filling. The Spring Rolls were a great starter as well. For mains, the BBQ Pork and Half Roasted Duck were highlights — tender, juicy, and full of that classic roasted flavour. The Beef Fried Rice (large) and Beef Chow Mein (large) were both generous portions and very tasty. We also ordered Chinese Broccoli with Oyster Sauce, which was cooked perfectly and balanced out the meal nicely. We were a group of 7 and the portions were great — everyone left full and completely satisfied. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavour. Definitely a great spot for family-style Chinese food. We’ll absolutely be coming back! 😋🥢
Perfect place to ease my homesickness. They have authentic Chinese comfort food. Services are really good as well.
