I used to go to the Dickey’s in Plattsburgh, but it has since closed down. I was in Sherbrooke for work and had to try this location. The service was great, brisket sandwich and ribs were perfect, all while listening to country bangers. The value that Dickey’s provides is unmatched.

Love their food ❤️ and the decor is beautiful Just revisited - its been about a month - I don't know if they changed owners or it was just the workers today but the quality is completely gone. The meat was not moist and tender, the sandwich bread was changed to grocery store buns, the ceasar salad doesn't have shaved parmesan on it anymore. We are so disappointed in the quality. It was our go to restaurant when in Sherbrooke and now we wont be back for a long while anyways

To my knowledge, the only smoke house in the eastern townships. Simple , easy , savoury. The best is the beef brisket and porc ribs. The Mac n cheese is also good

Super helpful and willing to find information about specific food allergies. Also very careful when preparing our order to avoid cross contamination. Portion size and quality of meat was very good
