Good environment even if the store was busy the workers have done a really good job to keep the drivers calm and pizza was good too

horrible management. we’ve been waiting for over an hour for our uber eats order, and the driver has been waiting too because the restaurant still hasn’t given them the food. the restaurant is marking the order as completed even though it clearly isn’t ready. our driver has been there for an hour trying to pick it up. we tried calling multiple times and no one answered. then the restaurant told the driver to tell us to cancel the order… excuse me? so we can lose our money for an order you never even started? based on previous reviews, it really seems like this place is scamming people through uber eats. if you can’t handle delivery orders, don’t accept them.

We take accusations like this very seriously. What you’re describing — marking an order complete without it being ready, asking a guest to cancel to avoid responsibility, or ignoring calls — is not how we operate, nor is it in our interest. We do not benefit in any way from asking guests to cancel orders, and we would never intentionally “scam” anyone through Uber Eats. That said, something clearly went wrong here, and we’re sorry for the frustration and the time lost, both for you and for the driver. During peak periods, technical sync issues between our kitchen system and Uber can sometimes trigger premature status updates, and heavy volume can unfortunately create delays. That explains the situation, but it does not excuse the experience. If you’re willing, please email us at [email protected] with: The order number / Date and approximate time / The Uber account name. We want to investigate this properly on our end with Uber and make sure you are refunded if that hasn’t already happened. We stand by our team and our integrity. If we accept delivery orders, we fully intend to fulfill them properly. Your experience is not the standard we aim for, and we’ll be reviewing this internally.

They were having a 2 for 1 special on the Pepperoni! Pepperoni! on Uber Eats wherein you could get 2 such pizzas, 2 sodas and a choice of 2 desserts or sides for slightly under $23 (+ tax, delivery and tip ofc). I chose the carrot cake as a side and so got two of those. I ordered around 4PM and my order arrived in a timely manner - less than 25 mins. That was nice, as I was very hungry from having skipped both breakfast and lunch. My top 5 favourite things about my order were as follow: 1. The two 7ups I ordered were cold upon arrival. 2. They did not offer to send me any napkins. At all. Not even one. Eco-friendliness is important and since I was eating at home, I didn't need any napkins. Some place send you like 13 napkins with every order even when you specifically request that they don't, so it's good they don't do that as a default. Had I needed even a singular napkin, I'd have been SOL but their pizzas weren't greasy so I was fine. 3. The box they use for the pizzas look cool. 4. The food I purchased contained enough calories that, upon eating the entirety of one of the pizzas and one of the carrot cake pieces as well as drinking one of the 7ups, I ceased to feel *acutely* hungry. 5.

Ordered two pizzas and a Caesar salad. Pizza was mediocre and overpriced, and Caesar salad was clearly at least a day old. Lettuce as essentially mush. Would not recommend.

A very good place for pizza. The pizza is tasty and affordable, and it’s quick to get, which is always a plus. The staff is friendly, and the place is ideal for takeout with friends.
