Far from the best poutine I’ve had. Good spot to stop on the drive from Montreal to Qc City. Love the decor.

Ah, the quest for the ultimate poutine with those legendary squeaky fresh cheese curds—the kind that go "squeak squeak" when you bite in. That's the hallmark of true Quebec-style fromage en grains (cheese curds), fresh from the day, never refrigerated, with that springy, elastic texture from tight protein bonds. The squeak only lasts 24-48 hours max, so the best comes straight from this Fromagerie Lemaire. *** Plenty of Tesla and circuit électrique charger stations. A must stop on the highway 20 on your way back to Montreal.
