Good food. Tried them for the first time in Calgary and now in Montreal. Always fresh Edit: Went to Fritou again. Not happy with the service and burger was salty and cold. Disappointed

The food was good, but I was disappointed by the experience. After I skipped the tip option, a staff member told me, “At least leave us a tip,” in front of everyone. I left $10 cash, but I felt uncomfortable being pressured to tip.

Fritou is the halal answer to KFC, and honestly, it may be even better! The chicken is perfectly crispy, flavourful and wonderfully juicy inside. An absolute must-try for fried-chicken lovers!

Terrible experience overall. The general tao poutine was nasty and misleading. The photo had cheese curd, but they used grated cheese. The fries was undercooked and soggy. The chicken was even worst, horrible frozen nugget quality with disgusting sour sauce. Worst of all, the worker overcharged until i looked at the receipt and asked for a refund. Dishonest people, would never go back.

Hello Hm, are you sure you ordered from Fritou, 685 cote vertu? We definitely use poutine cheese, great tasting general Tao sauce and we don’t have any frozen chicken in our kitchen, it’s out of question in our policy, any pieces or filet we use for any plate is always fresh and freshly prepared from scratch. We also didn’t sell any poutine general Tao in the past 4 days.

Today, Fadi was working at the counter. The whole experience from explaining what I wanted until the food was ready was excellent. I got a BBQ burger with cheese, a spicy chicken burger and a large fritou poutine. The food was exactly as I requested it and was delicious. Fadi's also a really pleasant person to talk to and I really I enjoyed our conversations during the time waiting for the food to be prepared. He's super friendly and personable, and you kind of want to just spend a few hours chatting with him! I've been here several times and this was yet another fantastic experience. Thank so much, I'll definitely be getting food here again, and hope the experience will be just as fantastic!

I went with a freind and our kids on Wednesday about 7.40. No other customers, we got our food very late at almost 8.50. We were planning to dine in but we had to takeaway because it was closing. The person on cashier was all the time mad and in a rush. And at the end the food wasn’t acceptable.

Fantastic food, great service, some of the best chicken on the island. Fries very comparable to those at Hangtime, and likewise are very good. Been ordering here for a bit less than a year now, never disappointed. Every few months i start craving more lol

Tried Fritou Cote-Vertu and honestly, really impressed. The chicken was super crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Good portions, quick service, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely one of the better halal chicken spots around.

I want to pick up my order at their location on Côte -vertu. The employees there were extremely hospitable and gave me excellent service and made me feel appreciated as a customer. The chicken is succulent and juicy, and I would recommend this place to everybody. Top notch
