Will not be back did not like at all how we had to do the servers job, did not like the system at all oh and the pizza crust really sucked

Customer orders at the counter and pays including tip without knowing the quality of the service on which the percentage of tip is usually based. You are then directed to a table or a booth by an employee who promises that you will be taken care of like a fine restaurant. Our experience was as follows: We were handed a menu in our booth and, when we decided upon choices, I went to the counter, I stayed in line while staff was trying to figure out why the sales slips were all coming out of the same terminal, and I was finally able to place my order. I was allowed to take my soda bottle out of the cooler but I was not given a glass. Once more, I had to go back to the order counter and wait to pick-up a glass. Upon returning to my table and opening the napkin that contained a fork and a knife, my knife was dirty and a lady asking guests how things were told me that she would bring a replacement immediately. Five minutes later, I went to the counter and I was given a new napkin kit in which the knife was clean. My wife was brought a cup of boiling water and a tea bag 10 minutes later. Pizza came in ten minutes thereafter. It was thin and it tasted cheap. I wonder where the reviewers who posted that the food was excellent went. On the positive side, we did not have to wait for a waiter, waitress, to bring us the check at the end of the meal. We took advantage of that situation to leave the restaurant as soon as we got done eating. With more of 50 years of dining out throughout the world, this is a never again experience.

At the time of your visit, we did indeed experience a technical issue with the terminals. We operate with computerized systems, and although it is rare, technical glitches can unfortunately occur. As we have only been open for two weeks, this unforeseen event may have temporarily disrupted a team that is still adjusting to the new system. This is not an excuse, but rather a context we wanted to share with you. We also take your comments regarding the glass and cutlery very seriously. These are details that should not happen, and we will follow up with the team as needed. Regarding the service, a member of our staff took the time to speak to your partner in English to clearly explain how everything worked and ensure that everything was clear to her. We also checked on the table several times to ensure that everything was alright. If anything was not to your liking at that time, we would have sincerely appreciated being informed on-site so we could have rectified the situation immediately. Regarding the pizza, we are particularly surprised by your comment. The quality and generous portions of our pizzas are central to our identity and are generally what earn us excellent feedback. Your perception is therefore important to us and will be carefully analyzed. We understand that, for you, the overall experience was disappointing. We are still in the process of fine-tuning our operations and are working daily to refine our processes in order to offer a consistent experience that meets expectations.
