I don't understand why you have to treat us (your customers) as if we are your enemies. A restaurant business and animosity don't go hand in hand. How are you still in business after several years of being rude to customers? Maybe it's your late opening hours. It has been 7 years since I left the area. Same crappy service. I was visiting with some friends, and they insisted on eating here before going to the hotel because the restaurant is open until midnight on weekends, although I had cautioned them about the rude service. Guess what? Same tall, always angry waitress, who could possibly be the owner. Same rude and disrespectful atmosphere. You feel scared or hesitant to ask for a recommendation, ask a question about the food or menu, or request anything without getting an attitude. My friends were shocked. They couldn't even finish their food. Even the customers at the next table were complaining. And when it's time to pay the bill, if you leave a tip of less than 15% to reflect the bad service, they'll yell at you with extreme anger and demand a minimum 15% tip before you leave. UNBELIEVABLE! This restaurant is a total cataclysm. Always a total cataclysm for many, many years, and will always be if nothing changes.
