People in front of me were asked whether they wanted their burger all dressed. I asked simply for extra hot sauce. Cashier did not ask me anything concerning the condiments. Burger arrives, no veggies. nothing. Come on??? Use common sense or ask the customer??? Horrible service. Horrible burger. I do not recommend this terrible fast food spot. McDonald's CLEARS this spot. Steer clear.

We came almost 15 min before closing and they told us that we can purchase only cups ,while in the meantime the staff was cooking he's staff meal we came far for that - very disappointed on their customers service

Trash place. Trash service, always mess up the orders, they throw the food in the bag as if it was slop. Bag all full of oil. Last time

Very good service, owner should be happy about staff working here, the upsell for fries and drinks was awesome. Give a guy at the cash register a raise!

Ok, this is getting ridiculous , everything is awesome. But literally every other time when you order a cheeseburger they hand over a hamburger somehow. otherwise no complaints

For the past few months, every time I’ve visited, a strong onion smell has stuck to my clothes and jacket afterward. It’s quite noticeable and lingers for days! It might be worth checking the ventilation system or replacing the filters!

0 stars for the service. A girl who worked tonight could care less about my order that was “lost”. Contacted the driver - no answer. Called them - “yeah I’ll go check and that’s all”, on Uber Eats still is “we’re preparing it”. Called again - a nice boy answered, he at least tried. Anyway, was waiting for over an hour and still got nothing.

The peanut butter milkshake was great! But the cheeseburger was disappointing and very dry. The worst part was the fries! I made sure to mention “FIVE GUYS STYLE FRIES” when I gave my order at the cash. When I opened my order, I found out that I got some very regular fries with a bit of salt, which can get anywhere. I literally came her with a friend who’s never tried five guys, bragging about the milkshake and their fries. this was truly disappointing. won’t be coming back here any time soon oh and it’s definitely overpriced! paid $30 for a cheeseburger burger, small size fries, and a milkshake!

Great burger nice staff- when you collect it. Bit on the pricy side but worth it. Poutine is nothing special. Shakes are amazing. Generous portions especially with the fries as always. Upstairs was a little messy on each table.
