Honestly one of the best smash burgers imo. The portions are really generous, especially the fries, and you get unlimited toppings, which is a huge plus. Prices are on the higher side for fast food but i think it’s worth it. They have lettuce buns and the milkshakes are also really good. The only downside is that they don’t update the order as “ready” on Uber Eats, so if you’re ordering pick up, definitely keep that in mind. Unfortunately, if you’re ordering delivery, expect the order to take a while to arrive and there’s a good chance it’ll be cold by the time it gets to you.

Really impressed with my burger here. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms and onions and everything worked so well together. The bacon had a nice crunch and the patties were still juicy. Added Cajun fries on the side and they had plenty of seasoning. Great meal overall.

Consistently good food but a bit pricy for what it is. Make up for it by snacking on the free salted peanuts in the shell.

The music playing in the dining area is STUPID loud…. Had trouble understanding what the cashier was saying, because the music was literally drowning out her voice. I really don’t get the reasoning behind this🤦‍♂️

I come for the fries. I forget to say no salt. If the I keep getting tiny fries I will pass. Why is it so difficult to not smash up the fries. Just hide the tiny fries in the poutine. I like long fries. You know the ones. Used to get ketchup and mayo using fries and fingers.

I visited the restaurant at around 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 30. The food was excellent—10/10. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and delicious. The cashier was also very friendly, attentive, and provided great customer service. The restaurant itself had a nice atmosphere. The reason I’m leaving this review is because I witnessed something that I found very concerning. An employee who had finished her shift was leaning over the peanut bin where customers take fresh peanuts, eating peanuts, talking over the bin, and dropping the shells into it. She then stood leaning over the food preparation counter, talking while burgers were being prepared directly below her. Afterwards, she continued eating peanuts and dropped the shells on the floor in front of customers instead of using a garbage bin. This came across as unsanitary and unprofessional. It showed a lack of respect for food hygiene, the restaurant environment, and the customers. I hope management addresses this, because the food and service were otherwise outstanding.

The fries here are shit nothing like other 5 Guys locations. This is the 2nd time I’ve tried this location and it’s always a shit experience when it comes to their fries.

I was getting tired snd needed to grab a meal with my adult daughter thank goodness Five Guys was close to the Costco in Broussard . The burgers and one fremch fry was all it took with all the free condiments jalapeños and all. Friendly staff no salt could be located didnt ask.

Five Guys Brossard staff does NOT understand requirements to minimize cross contamination. We requested care be taken in both English and French due to one of us having celiac. They do have lettuce wrapped burgers, but use the same gloves to put buns on the bun grill and then add burgers to the burger grill. When asked to use a fresh burger that the employee did not touch after touching the buns they refused (and I asked two people). They would not get separate tomato for our lettuce wrapped burger either. We were hoping that my daughter could at least eat the fries, but they significantly contaminated those as well. I would avoid this location if you have celiac. The Regina, SK locations take great care which is why we trusted this chain, but I will only use the Regina Five Guys due to lack of training at this location. I will contact the manager/owner so hopefully they can educate their staff.

Five Guys Hamburgers, Greenfield Park. Terrible expérience! ◦ Opened the door to what sounded like a rock concert. ◦ Approached the person behind the counter to place my order and had to repeat myself and say pardon me several times because of the loudness of the music. ◦ I asked why the music was so loud and the person behind the counter said, “the customers like it” There was nobody else in the place. ◦ After a 20 minute wait, I received my 2 single burgers and a chocolate shake and at $36.00 I handed a $50…my fault I didn’t notice the sign that said no $50’s… ◦ Got home with my order, took my first bite and the hamburger fell apart between the buns. Hamburger meat fell out, the dried precooked cold bacon bits fell out. ◦ The only positive thing about this entire experience was a great Chocolate Shake. ◦ Sorry but Five Guys Greenfield Park definitely isn’t the same as Five Guys at the Dix/30…
