One of the worst experiences at a five guys restaurant. Staff is all incredibly slow, there was at least 4 different workers trying to figure out how to assemble an all dressed burger. By the time they finished (it took them over 15 min), the patties got cold. Poutine was assembled before they even got the meat on the grill so it was congealed by the time I got it. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. What a ripoff this place honestly.

It took us 1h to receive our order. We ordered online for a delivery. The bread is SOGGY, literally wet! At least the stocking is good and there’s a lot of fries. But absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the bread.
