Farm to table at its best ! The Chef presented each plate, each ingredient, their source and sustainability practices. The dinner was a huge success and quite a fantastic experience. Foodies rejoice!!

Truly amazing dinner! Fresh, local ingredients and inventive preparations. Elevated cuisine without the fussiness of other places at this level. Very friendly staff. Although we were the only English speakers at the dinner seating, our server kindly translated descriptions for us. Incredible value for the quality of the food.

Superb dining experience! It was local gastronomy as performance. The dishes were excellent and the service was superb. We had an inspired meal of Charlevoix ingredients in Charlevoix!

Probably the best meal I have ever had. It was absolutely incredible. The food was fantastic, the plate presentations/descriptions theatrical, loved every minute of it.
